Xanthanase HT 20K is pumped at the tail end of each frac stage during the flush or pumpdown. The enzyme is placed directly behind the perforations with the frac fluid — so when drill-out begins and xanthan-based fluid contacts the perfs, the enzyme is already in position to break it down on contact. This prevents formation invasion and near-wellbore damage before it occurs.
